Madrona Café is Rose Villa’s newest dining option. Open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the café offer daily changing breakfast sandwiches, bagels, pastries, smoothies, espresso and coffee drinks, and other delicious morning bites in a bright and welcoming space.

Harvest Grill

Harvest Grill is Rose Villa’s “kitchen table.” Whether you want a snack, a from-scratch full meal or your grab-and-go favorite, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-2pm at Harvest Grill, you’re sure to find something that is perfect for you in a casual, full-service atmosphere.

Diners enjoy comfort food influenced by the seasons. We are proud to partner with Flying Coyote Farms, located in Sandy, Oregon, to bring Certified Organic produce to Rose Villa’s kitchens.

Many of Harvest Grill’s menu items may be customized to suit your dietary preferences, including dairy and gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Much of the food at Harvest Grill is made-from-scratch, using high quality ingredients. We strive to offer high quality variety, with daily changing lunch and dinner specials in addition to our seasonal Harvest Grill menu. We have beer, wine, and cocktails to complement your meal.

My love of food began at a young age. My mother’s “specialty,” dry unseasoned chicken, inspired my search for more flavor in my food. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Oregon State University, I sought opportunities to further my culinary expertise.

My career took off as a Chef’s apprentice at the Culinary Communion Cooking School in Seattle, and I went on to receive my culinary certificate at La Varenne, in Burgundy, France. I eventually ventured back to the West Coast to work as general manager of Bon Appétit Management Company in Seattle, and advanced to Director of Restaurant Operations.

Throughout the years, I’ve cultivated a philosophy that food should always be delicious, and that it should look good, taste good and smell good. The time I spent as owner and chef of Bowedison Food Wine & Drink I achieved consistent 5-star reviews and cultivated relationships with farmers to offer locally sourced ingredients in my menu.

My passion for flavor and attention to detail inspires the cuisine I get to share with the Rose Villa community.
