Reminiscent of Mid-Century Modern homes of the 1950s, our classic cottages are completely renovated with fresh, updated interiors. No two cottages have the same floor plan, and each boasts a front and back door, mature landscaping and private patios.
With stunning, sweeping views toward the Willamette River and a bird’s eye view of Main Street, our apartment homes are bright and at the center of it all.
Clustered around shared gardens, patios, and serene green spaces, these single-level cottages feature custom designs and amenities.
The second phase of our popular cottages, North Pocket features some of our larger residences, ranging from 1000 to 1700 square feet. Each home has its own personal garden space and views to the west, overlooking the Willamette River and beyond.
The first of its kind in the Portland market, The Oaks is a zero-energy community of 12 homes designed to produce as much as energy as they will consume over the course of the year. Each is outfitted with ultra-energy-efficient appliances, sustainable design materials and a state-of-the-art heat ventilation recovery system that constantly circulates fresh, filtered air.
Situated closest to Rose Villa’s 2-acre community garden and nestled among trees and greenery, Garden Grove consists of 10 homes in two buildings, and features fantastic views and serene, private outdoor spaces.
Perched atop Rose Villa’s Creative Arts Building (CAB), these spacious 2-bedroom homes feature wood-beam ceilings, large windows, and open floor plans.
