Menu Nutrition

Each month, we will provide nutrition information on one of our Harvest Grill menu items. We are using the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food Composition Database to analyze each ingredient’s nutrient contents.*

Crispy Chicken Salad

Ingredients: lettuce, field greens, tomatoes, bacon, hardboiled egg, cheddar cheese, avocado, and crispy chicken strips, served with honey mustard dressing

Breakdown:

This menu item is quite popular. I’m guessing that’s more because of its taste than because of its nutritional content! It is high in calories and fat, and very high in sodium.

If you do want to lower the calories, sodium, and fat, try asking for this salad without bacon, with grilled chicken instead of the chicken strips, and use olive oil and vinegar instead of the honey mustard dressing. This drops the total calories to 502, lowers the total fat to 38, and the total sodium goes way down to 348! This conversion also changes the protein to 33 grams and the carbs to 12 grams. Another tip: you can boost the fiber content by asking for beans on your salad!

*We will search for items that match our ingredients as closely as possible but because this online tool won’t always 100% match what we are serving, these breakdowns should not be considered 100% accurate.
