I work collaboratively with staff, Residents, and families to document and help meet the psychosocial needs of Rose Villa Residents.  I build relationships with Residents and families that identify needs, promote well-being, and keep the Residents and their designate(s) informed.  I facilitate several support groups on campus, including an Alzheimer’s Support Group and a Low-Vision Support Group. I also host a variety of educational seminars regarding healthcare throughout the year for Rose Villa Residents as well as developing & presenting seminars to Rose Villa staff for continuing education.
