Administrative Services is the resident’s resource for all campus-wide information and services. One call to the Reception desk can yield information about the day’s events, place a request for on- or off-campus transportation, report the need for a maintenance repair, request health services assistance, and much more! Receptionists are happy to assist residents by making photocopies, mailing packages, ordering medication refills, or doing whatever is needed to make sure that the needs of each resident are met.

The Transportation Department has a fleet of vehicles, from a 21-passenger bus to smaller passenger vehicles, to transport residents wherever they need to go. Our team of experienced drivers regularly drives residents to area shopping malls and grocery stores, the Portland Symphony, medical and non-medical appointments, out for meals, or wherever the resident requests to go.
