Caring for Rose Villa’s 22 beautiful acres is more than just mowing, repairing a faucet or completing a work order. I believe we have a task of creating an environment that is not only beautiful and comfortable, but also enriches the lives and lifts the spirits of the residents who live here.

As Facility Services Department staff, we take our jobs seriously. We are a group of talented and qualified people who love what we do. Being able to interact with residents while we go about our work is something we all see as a job benefit. Even though each day may be filled with routine tasks, it is a high priority for us to care for residents’ special requests.

As you visit us at Rose Villa, you will see, spread throughout the campus in many gardens, the large assortment of beautiful roses that are our namesake. They are a delight for all who live, work and visit here. We take pride in our community and all of the services we have to offer.
