Here’s how our two membership plans work:

The Traditional Plan offers a lower membership fee, which is repayable for the first three years of residency on a pro-rated, monthly basis.

The Repayable Plan offers a higher membership fee, of which 90% is repayable for the duration of your residence at Rose Villa. No matter when or how you leave, 90% of your membership fee will be returned to you or your estate when your home is resold.
