PTO accrues on a payroll to payroll basis. The rate of accrual depends on the number of hours worked and years of service. An employee working 40 hours each week will earn the following:
- 0 – 0.99 Years: 8 days
- 1 – 2.99 Years: 15 days
- 3 – 4.99 Years: 18 days
- 5 – 6.99 Years: 21 days
- 7 – 9.99 Years: 24 days
