On Call/Weekend RN Position

Rose Villa currently has an opening for a RN charge nurse to work on call and weekend hours.   The charge nurse supervises the CNAs and CMA in our 45 bed intermediate care center, providing treatments and overseeing the care of residents. The charge nurse also manages the emergency responses and care for resident needs in the retirement community.  Rose Villa has a history of successful surveys and high quality of care due to a strong staffing ratio and established resident and family relationships. 

To be a part of this great team, candidates must hold a valid Oregon RN license. One year experience in long term care setting preferred. Candidates must pass criminal background check and drug test.

PT Server

We are currently seeking part-time weekday and weekend wait staff for our dining room.  Serving experience a plus but not require.  Duties include guest service, serving food and beverage, bussing, side work and other duties as assigned.

Administrative Specialist

We are currently hiring a full time Administrative Specialist, who will be the administrative assistant for multiple department managers.  Are you someone who thinks being good is not good enough?  Do you lay wake at night thinking of ways to improve a project?  Do you routinely think outside of the box? You may be the person we are looking for to join our outstanding team. 

 Essential functions

•          Coordination of mailings and flyers both internal and external

•          Data base management for multiple departments

•          Scheduling and managing meeting requirements both internal and external

•          Creation and distribution of information to residents, staff and department managers as needed

•          Form creation and management

•          Create and maintain filing system

•          Research of vendor use and application

•          Invoice management for department managers

•          Gathering and analyzing data as needed

•          Making travel arrangements for department managers

•          Special projects as needed

•          Coordination of marketing materials and forms

•          Take meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate departments, staff and residents

•          Maintain and update resident directory and handbook as needed

•          Maintain and update any policy changes as required

•          Maintain a good rapport with residents, families, employees, vendors, and community leaders.

•          Follow and maintain HIPPA, safety rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
•          Outstanding organizational skills
•          Attention to detail
•          Proficient mathematical ability
•          Ability to analyze data
•          Ability to work OT and weekends as needed for special events

•          Professional demeanor
•          Ability to work independently and within a team environment
•          MUST HAVE – Intermediate MS Windows, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
•          2 years of exceptional administrative responsibilities

Landscape Professional

We are in need of a dedicated and experienced landscape professional to work with an established team to maintain the 22 acre grounds at Rose Villa Senior Living.
