Retirement Plans
Rose Villa offers a generous retirement program that encourages and matches an employee’s savings in their preparation for retirement. As a non-profit company, Rose Villa’s plan is a 403 (b) tax sheltered annuity plan.
Each year, the Rose Villa Board of Directors reviews the amount and timing of Rose Villa’s Matching Contribution. Currently, after one year of employment, Rose Villa will match dollar for dollar any contributions the employee makes to their 403b plan up to a maximum contribution of 4% of the employee’s gross salary (4%). The match is calculated on a payroll by payroll basis rather than on a full year’s gross salary.
