Your Healthcare

At Rose Villa's Health Center, healthcare is as individualized as you are
Rose Villa’s Health Center is a licensed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) staffed 24-hours a day by Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and is home to residents who require either short-term or long-term care. The Health Center is located in the heart of campus, offering easy access to community events, dining, and visits from friends.
An array of specialists provide services in the Health Center, including a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Dietician, Beautician, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Social Worker (MSW), Speech Therapist, and therapy animals.
But most importantly, we’ve designed our Health Center itself to feel like home. It’s a clean, cheerful, and friendly environment with activities and snacks provided any time of the day, and it includes free cable networks on flat screen TVs, rooms personalized with the resident’s furniture, pictures, and linens, and “made from scratch” meals with fresh, quality ingredients.
With church services, exercise classes, exciting off campus activities like a riverboat cruise, and a variety of music, storytelling, and other programs, our guests tell us they have everything Rose Villa has to offer, but most of all: peace of mind.
A Word about Massage…
The art of massage affect both the unconscious and conscious systems of the body. Balancing life tasks and managing everyday stress can be exhausting — we encourage residents and staff to take time out for a therapeutic massage or a Reiki treatment to decompress and re-energize.
Our Massage studio is run by Mary Jane O’Rourke, who combines her intuitive sense with a variety of healing methods, including guided visualization, meditation, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and Reiki, while encouraging clients to guide their own process of healing.
Mary Jane has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 1999. She also has a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University and works part-timeas a hospice social worker in addition to providing therapeutic massage,
Feel free to contact Mary Jane to gather more information about Therapeutic Massage and Reiki, or to request an appointment: 503-256-1667 or, on campus, at extension 3012.
