Director of Dining Services

Charismatic Leader needed to run our Dining Services Department!  The person in this position does not necessarily need to be a Chef but must understand menu development, food costing & purchasing, staff development, & most importantly customer service.  Experience with state requirements for nursing homes is a huge plus!

Driver - Full Time

Rose Villa Senior Living is seeking a conscientious Full Time Driver to safely transport Residents.

The Driver will be responsible for taking residents to doctor appointments, run simple errands, to drive a 21 passenger bus to our off-site excursions and many other tasks around the area.

Must haves: valid CDL and good driving record, patience while driving and transporting others, enjoy working with elders, have a caring personality and the ability to assist residents on and off the bus, as well as, in and out of the cars.

This position is Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Rose Villa Senior Living is searching for an Administrative Assistant who thrives on flexibility both in schedule and in job responsibilities. The person in this position plays a key role in the administrative team by providing support for all departments in the form of word processing, data entry, making photocopies, sending faxes, sorting mail etc., as well as serving as back-up for the Reception team.

Regular hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm, plus filling in for Reception shifts to cover vacations, etc. This means the person in this position must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Good skills in Word and Excel and Outlook are a must. PowerPoint and other computer proficiencies are a plus!

On-Call Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Assistant, and Licensed Nurses positions are now available! We encourage all those who enjoy working as part of a team to provide quality, person-centered care to seniors to apply. Rose Villa has a history of excellent state surveys and has a high staff to resident ratio.

As an on-call employee, you tell us what days and shifts you are available to work, and we work with your schedule.

We particularly need staff that are available at least occasionally on the weekends.

Life Enrichment Coordinator - Full Time

Full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator at a 45 bed intermediate care facility serving the daily needs of those 55 and older.   

Must be energetic, creative and enjoy working with seniors. Job includes party planning, field trips and meaningful daily individualized activities.

Requirements include - interaction with an inter-disciplinary team on a daily basis; at least 1 year experience in a long-term-care facility preferred, as well as, current Activity Director Certificate.

This is a Full-Time position with benefits.

Receptionist - Full Time

Rose Villa Senior Living is looking for an outstanding Full Time Receptionist to complete our front desk team.

One of the most important function of this position is to provide a warm and welcoming experience for every Resident, guest, and employee that either calls or comes into Rose Villa.

This person will have a professional appearance, excellent telephone demeanor, know how to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude, be able to evaluate work processes and make improvements, and be willing and able to ‘run the show’ in the reception area. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a take charge attitude; strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are necessary.

This position is Monday thru Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm.
